A quick weight loss diet is a diet that consists of low carbohydrates. This diet is known as low-carb diet. With limited carbohydrates intake, quick weight loss can be achieved easily. In diets like this, protein is commonly used as substitute for carbohydrates. When we eat high carbohydrates food, our body actually converts all the carbohydrates that we eat into sugars, and therefore, with raised blood sugar level, our body will increase the level of insulin to drive these sugars into our body cells.
